My mom recently used Pestward for a rodent problem and I am blown away at the professionalism of this company. Everything they do is written down in a nice neat format that is easy to understand with pictures. They send you an invoice after every job and detail exactly what they did, time in and time out. They guarantee their work and will not stop until the job gets done, and when you're dealing with raccoons it can take a while. Shout out to Jesse who went above and beyond until he was able to get all 4 raccoons out of the garage. The prices are fair considering other companies DO NOT come back to fix any problems but this company does so that is something to consider when choosing someone. This was the reason I chose them and it was the right decision. Dave the owner was approachable and always got back to me in a timely manner. Great Job!!!
